SECURITY ALERT: Fraudulent Job Offers Impersonating Beam Branding ⚠️

It has come to our attention that unauthorized individuals are using the Beam Branding name, website, and portfolio to send fake employment offers. Specifically, individuals using the names "Michael Alan" and "Lisa Reynolds" from an alleged HR department are reaching out to candidates on platforms like Indeed and sending direct offer letters.

Please be aware that this is a scam and these individuals do not represent Beam Branding.

To protect yourself and our community, please note our official hiring practices:

  • No Offers Without Interviews: We never send job offers without a thorough and formal interview process (including video or face-to-face meetings).

  • Official Communication: All official communication from our team will only come from an email address ending in @workwithbeam.com. We do not use Gmail, Yahoo, or other generic domains for recruitment.

  • No Requests for Money or Sensitive Data: We will never ask for payment, bank details, or highly sensitive personal information during the initial recruitment phase.

What to do if you are contacted: If you receive a suspicious message or an unprompted offer letter claiming to be from us, do not click any links, do not download attachments, and do not provide any personal information.

Please report the user profile directly on the platform where they contacted you (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn) and forward the original email to us at hello at workwithbeam.com so we can gather evidence and take the appropriate legal actions.

Thank you to those who reached out to verify this with us. Stay safe!
